Welcome
My cooking skills were/are limited to the basic boring recipes involving chicken, steak and pasta, so I figured I needed to step up my game. I’m documenting my favorite recipes and the little tips and tricks that I learn along the way so I don’t forget them!
Over the past year and a half, I have found, developed and adapted some great recipes. This blog is a combination of those I have tried and will try. Some will be shortcuts. Yes, I think shortcuts are allowed. Some dishes I can make in less than 10 minutes doctoring up a jar of sauce with some store bought ravies and they are so good. Others can take anywhere from 2-3 hours to prepare. I’ll share them all. Take what you want, leave what you don’t. Happy cooking!
